About Us

Feece Oil Company is a family owned fuel and lubricant distributor with
four warehouse and bulk plant locations serving Illinois and northwest Indiana.

1949
LeRoy Feece began as a delivery agent for Deep Rock Petroleum back in 1934. In
1949, he purchased the bulk plant location in Batavia, Illinois and founded Feece
Oil Company.

1976
After his death in 1976, LeRoy’s son, Dale Feece, owned and
operated the business up until his passing in the year 2000.

2000
Since then, third generation ownership, Mike Feece, Jill Feece, and Troy Feece have continued to provide the same level of dedication and customer service the company was built on.
